Bathroom Renovation Upgrade

Price: $2,800 Time: 4 days Client: Sarah Coleman Service: Bathroom
Renovated bathroom with double vessel sinks and mirror

Overview

Sarah's Queens bathroom still had its original 1980s suite: a stained tub, a rattling toilet and taps that dripped day and night. Over four days we replaced every fixture with modern water-efficient models, moved the vanity waste for a double-sink unit and fitted a new thermostatic shower.

The challenge

Cast-iron waste lines, seized shutoffs and tiles the client wanted to keep elsewhere in the room. One bathroom in the house — it had to work every evening.

Our approach

Phased replacement: toilet and vanity stayed usable until the final day. New brass shutoffs first, then fixtures one by one, with nightly clean-up and water restored.
